Для подтверждения необходимости и реальности моих идей, предлагаю рассмотреть идею дополнения к военной полевой форме солдата, отсутствующею во всех формах воюющих государств. На ткань формы верхней части конечности, по передней поверхности, крепиться жгут, состоящий из резиновой половины и из половинки брезентового ремешка с пластмассовой ручкой для захвата рукой.
Резина – кусок велосипедной камеры, проходит по внутренней стороне конечности. Брезентовый тонкий ремешок защитного цвета проходит свободно по боковой наружной поверхности конечности от места соединения спереди до самозатягивающейся пряжки.
Как пример необходимости, очевидности, реальности моей идеи – дополнение к военной полевой форме солдата для 3-х секундного наложения жгута.
An idea, an addition to the military field uniform of a soldier.
To confirm the necessity and reality of my ideas, I propose to consider the idea of supplementing the military field uniform of a soldier, which is absent in all forms of warring states. A tourniquet consisting of a rubber half and a half of a canvas strap with a plastic handle for gripping by hand is attached to the fabric of the shape of the upper part of the limb, along the front surface.

Eine Idee, eine Ergänzung zur militärischen Felduniform eines Soldaten.
Um die Notwendigkeit und Realität meiner Ideen zu bestätigen, schlage ich vor, die Idee in Betracht zu ziehen, die militärische Felduniform eines Soldaten zu ergänzen, die in allen Formen kriegführender Staaten fehlt. An dem Stoff mit der Form des oberen Teils der Extremität ist entlang der Vorderseite ein Tourniquet befestigt, das aus einem halben und halben Gummiband aus Segeltuch mit einem Kunststoffgriff zum Greifen mit der Hand besteht.
